The memorial service for Janice Freudenthal, 86, of Aberdeen, SD, will be 2:00pm, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at First Lutheran Church, Britton, SD with Pastor Terrill Sorensen officiating. The service will be livestreamed with burial at Britton Cemetery. Janice died Wednesday, March 31, after a courageous yearlong battle with cancer.
Jordan Gale Hamann, age 20, Raymond, died as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident on March 27.
Joanita Mary “Jeeta” Kant, 74, of Brookings, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021, under hospice care. Jeeta wished that no services be held at this time. Rude’s Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Kevin Gene Huelsman, 49, of Foxhome, MN, passed away at his residence from cancer, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Visitation will be held from 4 PM to 6 PM, Sunday, March 28, 2021, followed by a 6 PM prayer service at Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge. Visitation will continue from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Monday, March 29, 2021, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Breckenridge, followed by the funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Father Stan Wieser will officiate the service. Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Breckenridge. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Richland/Wilkin County Humane Society or to CHI-Health at Home and Hospice, Breckenridge. Arrangements have been entrusted to Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home.
Forman, ND: A graveside service for Merry Ruch, a longtime Brampton area resident, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the Brampton Cemetery of Brampton, ND. Rev. Terrill Sorensen will officiate. Merry passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 at Four Seasons Healthcare Center in Forman at the age of 78.
