Standout athlete and Britton-Hecla football co-captain and quarterback Trevor Zuehlke took time at a football game during the 2019 season to tie the shoes for a team waterboy.
Britton-Hecla senior Trevor Zuehlke spent hours working with local youth football programs after high school practices before suffering a traumatic brain injury on the football field. A Fun Run set for April 10 is a way for Trevor to continue to help are youth in a different way while still recovering from the injury.
Trevor Zuehlke loves kids, and no place was that more evident than when he was on the athletic field or hardcourt helping teach those young athletes the ropes.
Texting to 9-1-1 is now available throughout South Dakota.
South Dakota tourism officials and operators are happy to see a tough 2020 in the rearview mirror, and even happier to look forward to what could be a banner year for visitors and spending in 2021.
