Dale Freeman, Dad to Katee Freeman, is loading as Katee is shooting her second target for an NRA National Record in sitting at the meet in Pierre on Saturday. Katee shot a perfect 100 on her first target and needed to shoot four more consecutive 10’s to set the record but was unsuccessful in the attempt.
