William Louis Finley, 89, of Hecla, SD passed away May 26, 2021 at Wheatcrest Hills Healthcare Center in Britton, SD Ḣe was born on July 15, 1931 to Carroll and Esther (Jensen) Finley. He was raised in the Cresbard area and graduated high school there. He married Marjorie Pickerine in 1951.
