MINIMUM WAGE TO INCREASE

South Dakota’s minimum wage for non-tipped employees will rise from $11.50 to $11.85 per hour on Jan. 1. Considering the state’s cost-of-living adjustments and the fact that the national minimum wage is $7.25, do you think this increase is adequate?
