Please join us at the Britton Event Center on Friday, Sept 9 at 3pm as we celebrate the life of Kim Stiegelmeier. There will be a service with lunch to follow. Please bring any special memories or funny stories to share.

James Donald Hoglund was born April 3, 1933 in Britton, SD in the Britton Hospital (located on the continental divide) to Gust and Esther (Rapp) Hoglund. He spent his boyhood on his family’s farms in Marshall County, where they endured “The Dirty Thirties” and transitioned from horsedrawn farming implements to motorized farm machinery (International Harvester), when Gust purchased his first “H” Farmall tractor from Likness Brothers Implement in Langford, SD in 1947.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Raymond “Tody” Janisch will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Eden. Rev. Fr. Ken Lulf will celebrate the mass. Interment will be in the St. Michael Cemetery of Eden under the direction of the Price Funeral Chapel of Britton.
