WILLIAM DAVID WILKINSON JR.

    William David Wilkinson Jr., age 75, passed away January 17th, 2023 in Elkton, OR at his home surrounded by family. He was born on November 27th, 1947, in Jamestown, ND to William David Sr. and Ruth Amber Smith. William proudly served his country in the Vietnam War in the Army as radio operator from 1967 to 1968. William had different jobs thru his life but the one he enjoyed the most was when Cindy and he owned Skateland, USA in Jamestown, ND. He loved all the kids that came thru door as his own children, and they all loved him. William will be missed by his wife Cindy and their 2 dogs Bonnie and Clyde, his 6 children Brent, Mandy, Jennifer (Mike), William David III (Lindsey), Elizabeth, Tiffany (Erick). His 20 grandchildren and his 9 Great-grandchildren. His brother Dave and sister Charlene. William is preceded in death by his parents and Son Jason Waagen. Family will be having a celebration of life on January 27th in Roseburg, OR at the Roseburg National Cemetery. Arrangements in the care of Umpqua Valley Funeral Directors, 541-537-9300.
