Joline Faye Johnson of Aberdeen, SD passed away June 11, 2026 at Avera St. Luke’s Hospital in Aberdeen, SD.

Joline Faye Johnson was born on June 18, 1962 to Harry and Darlene (Parrow) Johnson at Britton, SD. She grew up in the rural Britton area and later moved to Aberdeen, SD to attend a special needs school. Attending school in Aberdeen, Joline lived with different foster families and later moved into a group home. She loved to color, go bowling, and watch tv.

Joline is survived by her sister, Tamara Johnson of Oakes, ND. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Darlene, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Joline will be buried next to her parents at Havana Cemetery, Havana, ND. Memories may be shared and viewed by visiting www.dahlstromfuneralhome.

Poll: TRUMP FIGHTS FOR HIS BIRTHDAY President Donald Trump recently hosted a UFC mixed martial arts event on the White House South Lawn as part of a celebration tied to his 80th birthday and the nation's upcoming 250th anniversary. Some people view it as no different than other entertainers and performers who have appeared at White House events under various presidents. Others believe a professional fighting event was not an appropriate use of the White House grounds. What do you think?

I have no problem with it. Presidents have hosted many types of entertainers and public events at the White House.

It was unusual, but fine.

I think it was inappropriate to hold a UFC event at the White House.
