Ty Fagerland and Sterling Mertens were announced as Britton-Hecla’s Athletes of the Year at the school’s activities awards program on Monday.
B-H Athletes Recognized at Program
Britton-Hecla seniors Ty Fagerland and Sterling Mertens were recognized as the school’s Athletes of the Year at the annual awards recognition event held at the school on Monday.
Letterwinners for each of the sports, along with special awards winners were announced. Preston Kilker was also recognized by football coach Jacob Skogstad with the Friend of Football Award.
Several golf and track awards will be announced at a later date due to the fact that those sports have several events remaining in their seasons.
