Wet, Dry, Wet: 2022’s Weather Roller Coaster

It was bumpy road when it came to 2022’s precipitation totals. Yet, in the end, this year’s moisture total looks pretty similar to 2021. Last year, local reporters measured 20.31 inches of precip. And despite this year’s seemingly extreme swings, we came in at 19.91 inches in 2022. This total put the area on par with the 100 year average of 20.04 inches of moisture. 01/04/2023 12:00 AM

Some people view it as no different than other entertainers and performers who have appeared at White House events under various presidents. Others believe a professional fighting event was not an appropriate use of the White House grounds. What do you think?

I have no problem with it. Presidents have hosted many types of entertainers and public events at the White House.

It was unusual, but fine.

I think it was inappropriate to hold a UFC event at the White House.
