Awards, medals, premiums and other recognitions were handed out to Marshall County 4-Hers in traditional 4-H Clubs members in addition to 4-H Cloverbuds and Pee Wees at the Marshall County 4-H Recognition Event that was held Sunday afternoon at the Marshall County Community Building in Britton.

This summer at the South Dakota State Fair, Waletich Sisters, Inc, Eden, was recognized as a Century Farm by the South Dakota Farm Bureau during the State Fair in Huron. Accepting the award were Gloria Young, Watertown, Donna Karst, Sisseton, Vickie George, Sisseton, Linda Deutsch, Britton, and Yvonne Lentsch, Eden.
