YOUTH MATMEN FARE WELL
The offical raised Britton’s Emsley Eimers arm in victory during the SDWCA state youth wrestling tournament held in Sioux Falls last weekend. Eimers placed third and was one of seven local wrestlers that placed in state events.

    Six Britton youth wrestlers placed in the SDWCA tournament held in Sioux Falls last weekend, while another local matman was a placer in the SD USA Wrestling Freestyle Tournament.
    Finishing third in Sioux Falls were Kenzlie Holland, Emsley Eimers, Crue Jones, and Jordan Gutierrez, Keegan Collins-Miles was fourth, and Corbin Dawson eighth.  Kash Holland and Corven Schmieg also qualified for the state event.
    Carter Grobe placed seventh in the freestyle event in the 16U Junior bracket.

South Dakota voters will decide in November on a proposed constitutional amendment that would end the state’s expanded Medicaid coverage if the federal government’s share of funding for the expansion falls below 90%.
