    Langford Area senior Kassen Keough shared most valuable player honors with junior Brooks Jett of Aberdeen Christian as the duo headlined the Lake Region All-Conference first team.
    Other first team members include sophomore Brennan Wolf-Donat of Warner, seniors Westyn Thorpe and Winston Clark of Leola-Frederick, junior Ty Boekelheide of Northwestern, junior Korbin Stark of Faulkton, and sophomore Shay Knust of Ipswich.
    Second team honorees are juniors Luke Kaiser and Dylan Hofer of Aberdeen Christian, senior Milo Sumption of Leola-Frederick, senior Spencer Melius of Faulkton, senior Jesiah Baum of Warner, senior Donovan Nelson of North Central, sophomore Jarren Haven of Northwestern, and sophomore Hayden Schlosser of Ipswich.
    Named as honorable mention were junior Braydon Kroll of Warner, senior Jett Johnson of Aberdeen Christian, sophomore Weston Senn of Faulkton, senior Carson Ewalt of Northwestern, and senior Kyle Hettich of Ipswich.

Poll: END OR RETAIN EXPANDED MEDICAID COVERAGE? South Dakota voters will decide in November on a proposed constitutional amendment that would end the state’s expanded Medicaid coverage if the federal government’s share of funding for the expansion falls below 90%. The expansion, approved by voters in 2022, provides Medicaid eligibility to certain adults ages 19 to 64 with incomes up to the federal limit established by the constitutional amendment. The proposed amendment would remove that expanded coverage if the federal funding level drops below 90%. If the election were held today, how would you vote?
