Ten Matmen State-Bound

Ten Britton youth wrestlers finished among the top three in regional competition last weekend to advance to the state meet set for Aberdeen on March 24-26.

Ten Britton youth wrestlers finished among the top three in regional competition last weekend to advance to the state meet set for Aberdeen on March 24-26.

Four grapplers won regional titles including Ben Suther, Kylan Sasker, Easton Eimers, and Emersyn Eimers. Placing second were Jarrik Jones, Max Suther, and Tanner Atkinson. Third place finishers were Beven Schmieg, Crue Jones, and Colton Chapin.

Other regional placers included Trey Biel and Carter Grobe, fourth; Corbin Dawson, Blayden Downs, Henry Kilker, Colton Biel, and Carter Nelson, fifth; and Lincoln Kilker, sixth.

Britton wrestlers also competing in the regional tournament included Tripp Hagen, Jason Guy, Corven Schmieg, Kandrick Jones, and Oliver Suther.
