Thanksgiving is all about gratitude, family, and… wildly creative answers from preschoolers. This year, The Journal visited Karen Roehr’s preschool class to ask local little ones some big holiday questions. Their imaginative (and often hilarious) responses prove that no one celebrates Thanksgiving quite like a preschooler.
The kids were asked:
• What are you thankful for this year? • What’s your favorite Thanksgiving food? • How long do you think it takes to cook a turkey? • What would you add to a turkey to make it taste extra yummy? • If you were a turkey, where would you hide on Thanksgiving? • What would you name your pet turkey? • If you could invite anyone to your Thanksgiving dinner — even a cartoon character — who would it be?
