LANGFORD MAN DIES FRIDAY IN TRACTOR FIRE

    Authorities in Marshall County have released the identity of the individual who died in a fatal tractor fire on Friday, Oct. 24,  in rural Marshall County near Langford, SD.
    The deceased has been confirmed as 83-year-old Robert Stolsmark of Langford.
    Responders were dispatched at 4:21 PM  on Friday for a report of a tractor on fire. During scene operations, the body of an adult male was discovered. Investigators have since determined that a farm accident resulted in the start of the fire, and the cause of the fire has been determined to be accidental.
    The following agencies were involved in the response and investigation: Langford Fire Department, Marshall County Ambulance, Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Marshall County Coroner, Marshall County Emergency Management, South Dakota State Fire Marshal’s Office.
