Fun for the Whole Family Planned
EDEN TO CELEBRATE 111 YEARS ON SATURDAY

    The 111th Eden Days celebration is set for this Saturday in Eden, SD, with a full day of activities planned from morning to midnight. The fun begins at 9 a.m. with a 5K Fun Run/Walk, followed by the opening of the beer garden and food trucks at 10 a.m. A craft fair runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., kids can enjoy face painting and a bike check, training, and giveaway.
    Additional family activities run throughout the day, including a car show from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be a bouncy pad, sidewalk chalk art, and a sand pile treasure hunt. At noon, the puzzle contest and dunk tank begin, followed by a Little Muskrats baseball game at 1 p.m. and the Fittest Farmer Contest for both kids and adults at 2 p.m. Turtle races take place at 3 p.m., and a bean bag tournament kicks off at 4 p.m.
    Live music begins at 5 p.m. with J & R playing until 8 p.m., followed by The Dirty Boot Band taking the stage from 8 p.m. to midnight. With activities for all ages, Eden Days promises a fun-filled day of community celebration.
