LIBRARIES PLAN FOR COLORFUL SUMMER READING PROGRAM

The Britton Public Library is gearing up for its 2025 Summer Reading Program with the theme “Color Our World.”
Children can sign up from May 27 to June 3 at the library, with sessions held every Wednesday from June 4 through July 9. The program wraps up with a Closing Celebration on July 9 at 7 p.m.—a colorful evening of fun open to registered participants actively reading.
    Program times are 9–10 a.m. for Pre-K and Kindergarten, 10:15–11:15 a.m. for 1st to 3rd Grade, and 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. for 4th grade and up.
Participants are encouraged to come ready to paint and get messy—dress accordingly—and help the library “Color Our World” this summer!
The summer reading program will soon be underway at the Langford Public Library as well. Registration forms were sent home with students and should be returned to the library by May 27. Forms are also available at the library. The program will take place on Mondays, beginning June 9 and ending on July 28 with sessions divided by grade level:  9:30 - 10 a.m. for Pre-K through 2nd grade, 10:30- 11:15am for 3rd through 5th grade.
They will also be following the “Color Our World” theme  and will have a craft/project that will be featured around art.
