WHEATCREST EARNS AWARD FOR DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT

    Wheatcrest Hills Healthcare Center has received the prestigious 800+ Award from the online platform Reputation, recognizing its outstanding digital engagement and communication with families and the community.
    The award comes just ahead of National Nursing Home Week, observed May 12–17, and highlights the facility’s commitment to enhancing resident and family connections through digital tools such as video reels, live updates, and FaceTime calls.
    Melissa Hunt and Paige Ochsner lead the center’s social media presence, using Reputation to streamline content creation across multiple platforms. “The site allows us to create posts for the whole year on all our platforms by posting once, in one place,” Hunt said.
    Wheatcrest Hills is part of Evergreen Healthcare LLC, which operates nearly 60 centers across seven states. It was the only location to receive the 800+ Award this year, reflecting its dedication to real-time engagement and strong digital communication.
