Marshall County Youth 4-H Archery made a great showing at the State 4-H shoot this past weekend with 31 kids participating in the archery shoot and 16 of them shooting in both their discipline and in the Open category.
Earning purple ribbons in Compound with Sight-Release were Jase Stelzer, Beginner, and Rylan Carlson, Lily Mundt, Liam Paxton, and Parker Lambertz, Juniors; and Daniel Jesz and Hunter Jensen, Seniors. In the Open category, Rylan Carlson, Lily Mundt, Liam Paxton, Parker Lambertz, Rosalyn Rapkoch, Juniors; and Treyton Biel and Daniel Jesz, Seniors, earned purple ribbons.
Blue Ribbon awards in Compound with Sight-Release went to Faustina Rapkoch, Ella Mundt, Rylee Carlson, Jasmine Baule-Toledo, Beginners; Rosalyn Rapkoch, Talon Dinger, Emmett Priebe, Danny Small III, Jaelynn Heitmann, Olivia Effling, Ethan Jesz, Juniors; and Treyton Biel and Ryan Maxwell, Seniors. In the Open Category, Rylee Carlson, Ella Mundt, Faustina Rapkoch, Weston Hastings, Beginners; Talon Dinger, Colton Biel, Juniors; and Hunter Jensen, Senior, earned blue ribbons.
Compound with Sight-Release shooters earning red ribbons included Weston Hastings, Tyler Wurst, Brek Stelzer, Crue Jones, Beginners; Colton Biel, Peyton Johnson, Axel Styers, Drew Heitmann, Juniors; and Kaylee Carlson, Senior. In the Open Category, Jase Stelzer, Jasmine Baule-Toledo, Beginners; and Peyton Johnson, Junior, earned red ribbons.
Beginners Paxtyn Cole shot in the Compound with Sight category and Archer Easthouse shot in the Compound with Sight-Release category, both earning a White ribbon.
The Compound Open Beginner team of Jase Stelzer, Ella Mundt and Faustina Rapkoch earned second place, and the Compound Open Beginner team of Rylee Carlson, Weston Hastings, and Jasmine Baule-Toledo earned fourth place. The Compound Open Junior team of Lily Mundt, Rylan Carlson, Liam Paxton and Rosalyn Rapkoch finished second.
In the Compound with Sight-Release category, the Beginner team of Jase Stelzer, Faustina Rapkoch, Ella Mundt and Rylee Carlson earned fifth place, and the Junior team of Rylan Carlson, Lily Mundt, Rosalyn Rapkoch and Liam Paxton placed fourth.
