LA FFA EARNS TRIP TO STATE AFTER DISTRICTS
Dylan Harmon and Bradyn Small both earned a spot on the FFA District Officer Team last week at the LDE meet in Doland. The duo will travel to Rapid City in December to serve on the board.
 Brynn Samson earned top honors in Employment Skills at the LDE meet in Doland and will advance to the state meet in Rapid City. 

    Last week Monday, six members from the Langford Area FFA Chapter competed in the District LDE division hosted in Doland. Members who competed were, Bradyn Small, Ryker Bruns, Dane Horter, Regan Bruns, Brynn Samson, and Lizzie Gustafson. Dylan Harmon attended the meet as well to run for a position on the District Officer Team, which he was chosen as Student Advisor. 
    Placing at Districts and moving onto state will be Brynn Samson earning 1st place in Employment Skills, Bradyn Small placing 2nd in Extemporaneous Speaking and he was also chosen as President of the District Officer Team, Ryker Bruns was chosen as an alternate in Creed Speaking. 
    The state competition will be held the first week of December in Rapid City. Students will travel west to compete and serve on the District Officer Team completing duties such as attending meetings with SD Legislators.
