Langford Blood Drive A Lifesaving Success

Langford Blood Drive A Lifesaving Success

The Langford Community Blood Drive, held last Thursday, proved to be a success for the local community. With 26 donors stepping up to contribute, the drive collected 29 units of life-saving blood. These donations have the potential to save up to 87 lives, making a significant impact on patients in need.
Celebrated milestones included several donors achieving new heights, such as Karen Erickson, Chad Hardy, and Bobby West, who reached their “1 Galloneer” status.
Blood drives rely on more than just donors. Volunteers, sponsors, and event organizers are essential to maintaining a strong blood supply. To learn how you can contribute, contact Abbie Arneson at (605) 626-1620 or email [email protected]. Another notable donors included Jonas Friedman, Jordis Jenner,  Julian Rodriguez, Paul Swanson and Stephanie Wieser.
Mark your calendar for the next Langford Blood Drive, scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2024, from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Langford Evangelical Lutheran Church. To schedule an appointment, call JaKelle Hardy at (605) 470-0154 or visit lifeservebloodcenter.org.
