The Buckhorn Rodeo is celebrating 51 years with this weekend’s event. The rodeo takes place Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. nightly. There are plenty of rodeo favorites on the schedule.

This year’s rodeo will feature many fun events, including Championship Junior Bull Riding. There are four age groups: 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-18. Each group will win a belt buckle.

The kids can have fun at each performance with stick horse and sack races.

There is also a gun raffle with multiple guns to be given away during the rodeo on Saturday. Raffle tickets are available for purchase from Buckhorn members or at the rodeo.

Rodeo tickets are available at the gate for $15 or in advance for $10 (through Thursday). Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the thrills!

The proposed amendment would remove that expanded coverage if the federal funding level drops below 90%. If the election were held today, how would you vote?
