Britton-Hecla and Langford Area committees met last night Tuesday to discuss the possibility of a football coop between the two schools effective at the beginning of the 2022 season, but no agreement has been reached at this time.
The Claremont Junior Legion baseball team lost both of its Region 2A tournament games last week in Dell Rapids, but the Honkers battled the eventual champion and a semifinalist in the double elimination tournament.

The Britton Swim Team wrapped up its season at the South Dakota Season Championship Swim Meet in Webster Friday through Sunday.
Basketballs were presented to fourth through sixth graders at a recent Britton-Hecla basketball camp; as part of the Pass It On program in honor of Trevor Zuehlke.
