The Britton-Hecla volleyball team was introduced prior to their regular season finale against Sisseton last week Tuesday. Team members from left to right are McKaelyn Zuehlke, Alyssa James, Katee Freeman, Emma Storley, Jenna Werner, Amanda Strong, Jaden Jenkins, Regan Ringkob, Kadence Haug, Ellie Feldhaus,, McKenzie Anderson, and McKenna Carlson.

Lady Braves Fall In 1B

The success of a season is not always measured by the win-loss record, and Britton-Hecla volleyball coach Emily Hrabik was proud of what her squad accomplished.

The Lady Braves saw their season come to a close Monday night in the first round of the District 1B tournament in Waubay. After dropping the first two sets the local netters rebounded with a 28-26 thirdset win before bowing out in the fourth to finish with a 0-22 mark for the year.
