LA Takes Care Of Business

The Langford Area boys basketball team took care of business with a 52-42 win over Faulkton Area on Friday.

Coach Paul Raasch’s club took a 12-4 record into a clash with Aberdeen Christian last night Tuesday. Saturday the Lions will meet Lemmon in the Warner Classic at 6:30 p.m.

“It wasn’t our best night but the guys hung tough and were able to grind out the win,” said Raasch. “We didn’t shoot well but Faulkton played a scrappy zone so give them some credit. I thought we closed the game well, getting some key steals and knocking down free throws.”
