Marvin L. Jahnig, 86, of Washburn, ND, died December 9, 2021 at CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Friday, December 17, 2021 at St. Edwin’s Catholic Church, Washburn with Fr. Patrick Cunningham officiating. Burial will be held at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Eden, SD at a later date. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm at St. Edwin’s Catholic Church, Washburn. There will be a prayer service at 7pm.

Lorraine Wright, 87, passed away December 2nd in the Bowdle nursing home. She was born August 20th, 1934 in Britton, SD to Herman and LaVerne Price. She grew up in the Fort Sisseton area. She then married Bill Wright and lived in Hecla for most of her life.

Memorial Services for Patricia Nietert, 94, of Aberdeen and formerly of Claremont will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 11th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Father Greg Tschakert will officiate. Inurnment will follow in Huffton Cemetery under the direction of Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel, Groton.
