Prom weekend is coming up for Britton-Hecla and Langford Area students Friday and Saturday – the resumption of a “normal” activity that was anything but normal a year ago due to COVID-19.
The Langford Area Board of Education approved a 2.4% salary increase for certified teachers and offered contracts for 2021-22 to all returning staff at its regular meeting on Monday.

There was plenty of inspiration to go around, along with lots of smiles and a few tears, when over 200 people participated in a 5K Fun Run/Walk organized by the Trevor Zuehlke Family and friends in Britton on Saturday.
