The Britton-Hecla High School oral interpretation team brought home a pair of superior medals and a Team Excellence Plaque from the State Oral Interpretation Festival in Harrisburg last weekend.

Cars lined the streets for Langford’s fourth Parade of Lights on Friday and attendees watched about 12 lighted floats parade down Main Street.
“Christmas in Toyland” is the theme for the 26th annual Christmas On Parade scheduled for Saturday in Britton.
The event is sponsored by the Britton Area Chamber of Commerce.
