Students Give Turkey Advice

Tinley Beck: I will find a turkey in the forest. I will pick off his feathers . Put the turkey in a pan with some butter and salt. Set the oven at 20 degrees for 10 minutes. We will serve tomatoes, lettuce, potatoes, and carrots. I’m really not a fan of turkey.

Sarah Cease: We will pick out a turkey at the farm. He has to be big, to serve the whole family. We will remove his feathers and put him in a roaster. First spray the pan and then add some potatoes. Cook the turkey for five hours at 300 degrees. My favorite food will be mashed potatoes, chocolate chip cookies, and turkey.

Lorenzo Collazo: We raise our turkey and eat him for Thanksgiving. We butcher him and take the feathers off. Cook it in the oven for 10 minutes at 90 degrees. We will serve potatoes and french fries with cheese. My favorite part is after dinner is to go outside and play.

Emersyn Eimers: I will get a turkey in the forest. Bring it home and clean it. We will cook it in the oven, and add salt and pepper. Let’s not forget the other spices, cook for 15 minutes at 17 degrees. I will have broccoli, mashed potatoes, orange juice and soup to complete our dinner.

Augustyn Grobe: My Dad will hunt the turkey in the woods. He will bring it home and remove the feathers and bones. We will cook it in the oven at 4 degrees for 30 minutes. Add some salt and pepper. Our meal will include salad, mashed potatoes, and kool aid.

Hunter Hannasch: We will get our turkey at Kens. I really don’t like turkey, but we will put some corn bread stuffing and season it with ketchup. Cook it in the oven for 1 minute at 12 degrees. We will serve pie, mashed potatoes, gravy, and chocolate milk. It will be delicious!

Parker Hunt: My uncle Jason will catch a turkey. We will take the feathers off and clean out the inside of the turkey, wash it with a clean wash cloth. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. My favorite things to eat with turkey are green beans, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Dessert will be pumpkin pie.

Crue Jones: We will get the turkey at the grocery store. Remove the turkey from the bag, put it in a pan with potatoes. Set the oven at 308 degrees and bake for 1 hour. I like corn, green beans, and sweet potatoes. It will be delicious.

Lenyx Jones: We will get out turkey at Ken’s. We will begin by washing it out. Season it with pepper and add the fruit. Bake the turkey for 1 hour at 500 degrees. My favorite thing to eat with the turkey is chocolate cake.

Alayah Krutsinger: We will get our turkey at Walmart. The first step is to wash it. Start the oven at 50 degrees. Put stuffing in the turkey and don’t forget the celery. Cook it for 10 hours. I really like to eat mashed potatoes with the turkey and creamed corn.

Cooper Nack: I will find the turkey in tall grass. I will put filling in it and cook it in the oven in a pan. I will cook it at 7 degrees for 8 minutes. I will serve guacamole and hot dogs and I will invite guests.

Kaylee Nickeson: I will get a turkey at the store. I will cook it in the oven. I will cook it in a medium oven for an hour. I will have stuffing and potatoes and mint ice cream.

Tonia Ortega-Quezada: I will get a turkey at a farm. I will put the turkey in the pan. I will put the turkey in the stove. I will cut it to make it fit. The Turkey will cook for 5 minutes at 2 degrees. I will also serve spaghetti and meatballs and pizza.

Ariana Ortega-Tosh: I will find a turkey in the forest. I will cook the turkey on the stove in a pan. I will cook the turkey for 6 minutes at 6 degrees. I will eat pumpkin pie and drink slushies.

Sage Phillips: I will go to grandma’s for turkey. My dad might shoot it. Dad will clean the turkey. It will cook for 1 hour at 1,000 degrees. We will serve ham and pumpkin pie.

Claire Rabenberg: I would trap a turkey. Dad will put it in the oven. The turkey will cook in the oven for 1 hour in a hot oven. We will serve squash, jello, and fruit.

Ayla Sasker: I will hunt for a turkey. My mom will cook the turkey. Mom puts the turkey in the oven. The turkey will cook for 3 hours at 7 degrees. My favorite thing to eat is stuffing. We will eat Thanksgiving dinner at Grandma’s house.

Kayden Schultz: I will get the turkey in the woods. We will butcher the turkey so we can eat it. I will cook it in the oven for 3 minutes at 70 degrees. I like BBQ’s, dumplings and ice cream with my turkey.

Axel Styers: I will find the turkey in my yard. We will butcher the turkey and then cook it. I will put it in the sun to cook it. It will need to cook for 58 minutes. We cook potatoes and carrots at the same time but you have to be fast. We will also serve vegetables and sea food.

Seger Sundin: We will have chicken, turkey and mashed potatoes. The turkey will come from a farm. I would put the turkey in the oven for 26 minutes at 56 degrees. My favorite food to eat with turkey is chicken and mashed potatoes. We will eat at Grandma’s house.

Kyson Waagen: The turkey comes from the country. You take off the feathers, head and legs. Put it in the oven, turn on the oven to 43 degrees and cook for a couple of minutes. I eat corn and drink a glass of milk with my turkey. We will go to Grandma’s to eat.
