Britton native Hillarey Holland is hoping to take her business to the next level, and she wants to help inspire others to do the same thing.   Holland, a 2010 Britton-Hecla graduate, was one of 10 new rural entrepreneurs from around the state to receive a Dakota Rising Fellowship earlier this month.
